From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

The wax itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. She worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, which made the appointment surprisingly comfortable. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes pride in her work.

What stood out most was the attention to aftercare. She provided detailed aftercare instructions and even carries products to help maintain results and prevent irritation. That level of care and education is hard to find.
